Both offers include hardware (an IBM xSeries server) and software (Microsoft SmallBusinessServer). Both the server and the software can be upgraded to support a greater number of users.
IBM xSeries x3200M3 server
Considering its capacity, the server is suitable for smaller enterprises. It has sufficient memory installed for server software to support both the database server and the mail server. The server also contains two hard disks running in RAID1, which means that they function as a single disk. Data is written on both disks simultaneously, which helps improve reliability. If one of the disks fails, it is replaced and data is automatically copied to the new disk.
